About FlexPay
FlexPay is a marketing service and application platform operated by FlexPay Technologies, Inc., a financial technology company. FlexPay is not a bank and does not itself extend credit. All loans presented through the FlexPay platform are made by our lending partners, which are state-licensed lenders or FDIC-insured banks.
Lending partners
Loans presented through FlexPay are originated and funded by one of our lending partners depending on your state and loan characteristics. Each partner is separately licensed, regulated, and responsible for the loans they issue.
The specific lending partner for your loan is disclosed in your loan agreement before you accept.
State licensing
FlexPay's marketing and platform services are provided in the states where our partners are licensed or otherwise authorized to lend. Availability, loan amounts, rates, and terms vary by state and are subject to change.

Rates and terms
Personal loans through FlexPay range from $200 to $5,000 with APRs ranging from 9.99% to 34.99%. Actual rate, loan amount, and term depend on your creditworthiness, income, debt-to-income ratio, state of residence, and other factors. Not all applicants qualify for the lowest rate or largest loan amount.
Representative example
A $3,000 loan with a 24-month term and a 19.99% APR would have 24 monthly payments of $152.61 and a total repayment of $3,662.64, assuming all payments are made on time. Your specific offer may be different.
Credit reporting
When you check your options with FlexPay, we perform a soft credit inquiry that does not affect your credit score. If you accept an offer and complete the loan application, a hard inquiry is placed on your credit file. Loan performance is reported to major consumer reporting agencies; on-time payments help build your credit history while late payments may hurt it.
Fair Lending
FlexPay and our lending partners do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age, receipt of public assistance income, or the exercise of any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act. The federal agency that administers compliance with these laws for our lending partners is disclosed in your loan agreement.
Servicemembers
Federal law provides important protections to active-duty members of the Armed Forces and their dependents under the Military Lending Act. If you are covered, ask us about your rights before accepting any loan offer.
